Choosing Wisely in Health Care.
The right questions can help you get the right outcomes
Thursday 3 March 2022.
Featuring: Jessica Sheppard, Choosing Wisely Lead, NPS MedicineWise
Karin Calford, Consumer Representative, HCCA
The Choosing Wisely in Health Care webinar explores how asking questions can help you make decisions about health care. Sometimes knowing what to ask your doctor or other health provider can be hard. Fortunately Choosing Wisely has come up with 5 simple questions to ask before any test, treatment, or procedure. Asking these simple questions can help you get the care that’s right for you.
You can access the recording of the webinar on YouTube: https://youtu.be/TBRskepRz8E
This webinar was part of Choosing Wisely Week, which ran from 28 February – 6 March 2022. To find out more about how Choosing Wisely can help patients, families and carers to make sure they get the right care, visit their website at www.choosingwisely.org.au
